Guitar, Ukulele and Bass Classes

Emilio Vucetich teaches Guitar at the Shine School of Music in Barcelona. He specialises in Acoustic Guitar, Electric & Bass Guitar and also teaches Ukulele and Composition.

Emilio, a Peruvian composer and musician, received his formal training in music at the Faculty of Performing Arts of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He further honed his skills in the Master of Soundtrack Composition and music for audiovisual media at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya.

His compositions have graced a variety of projects, including collaborations with esteemed institutions such as the National Folkloric Ballet of Peru and the “Step by Step” dance laboratory under the direction of choreographer Lea Anderson. Additionally, his work has been featured with the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra as part of the Master of OST composition at the ESMUC. Notably, his composition for the short film “Reminiscencias” was showcased at the Ayacucho Film Festival in Peru.

In addition, he has actively participated as a performing musician in numerous concerts and festivals. These include the “Culturaymi” event at the Pan American Games in Lima 2019, the Festival of Native Languages in Cusco 2019, the Cante de Poetas festival in Malaga 2022, and the festival 20 sur 20 in France 2022. Notably, he has shared the stage with esteemed musical projects such as Los Mirlos, Los Shapis, and Barrio Calavera, among others.

Presently, Emilio is fully devoted to composing music for audiovisuals, while also engaging in teaching activities. He imparts knowledge in composition, guitar, bass, and ukulele through classes. Additionally, he actively performs with various musical groups in Barcelona, enriching the local music scene with his talent and expertise.
