Born in 1975, James Sedgwick has more than twenty years of musical experience on three continents! He specialises in teaching Harmonica and Singing at the Shine School of Music in Barcelona.

James has lived and worked in Mexico, Spain and Canada where he studied music and the history of music at the University of Concordia in Montreal. James brings both experience and professionalism to his classes and has taught students across the world at a variety of music schools.

He is a professional singer, harmonica player, guitarist and bassist playing jazz, blues, pop, reggae, Latin music and electronic music. James also teaches guitar, with a focus on rock, pop, jazz, blues, electric guitar composition with guitar guitar effects, and pedals. His students at Shine Music School benefit from having a teacher who is multi talented.
