Pablo Cabrera teaches Flute, Saxophone, Clarinet, Piano and Music Composition at the Shine School of Music in Barcelona.
Originally hailing from Tenerife, Pablo has a long history with music, both as a performer, composer and as a teacher. He holds a higher graduate in jazz and modern music from the university of middlesex in London and a teaching diploma in saxophone from the Guildhall school of music and drama. Not only this, but also a Filmscoring diploma from the Music Workshop.
Pablo Cabrera has taught at music schools in London, the Canary Islands and in Barcelona, sharing his knowledge of the saxophone, clarinet and flute, along with his extensive knowledge of film scoring and composition. He regularly works with bands and combos, and has composed a multitude of soundtracks for film including l’Ombra Interior by Arnau Segarra and Extraña directed by Juan Manuel Móran.
He has also recorded music including Jazztrophobic and performed with the Big Band de Begues, Tece project, and the Goran Slabich Valcan Project.
