Silvia Carles Vilaplana is a pianist and music educator with extensive experience in both teaching and performance. She currently teaches piano at the Shine School of Music in Barcelona.

At just 20 years old, Silvia balances her academic studies with teaching, sharing her passion for music with students of all ages. She specializes in piano instruction and music awareness, fostering a deep appreciation for music among her students.

A graduate of the Professional Piano Degree from the Tarragona Provincial Council Conservatory in Tortosa, she was part of the ESMUC Junior program, studying under Adolf Pla. She is now furthering her education as a second-year student in the ESMUC Pedagogy Degree, specializing in piano. Throughout her training, she has enriched her knowledge by attending masterclasses with renowned pianists such as Rafael Salinas, Alb Ventura, Jordi Camell, and Juan Lago.

Beyond teaching, Silvia has distinguished herself as a talented performer. She won First Prize in the 1st Felip Pedrell Piano Competition at the Tortosa Auditorium and received the Special Award in the piano category. Her artistry has also extended to television, where she performed as a pianist in the Netflix series The Last Night in Tremor, directed by Oriol Paulo.

With a strong sense of discipline and dedication, Silvia seamlessly blends performance excellence with a passion for teaching, inspiring new generations to discover the beauty of music.
